Do I have to buy credits right away?
No. After signing up you can try GardenPilot with your free test project – a project start including three visualizations. You only buy a credit pack once you want to keep planning after that.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the universal currency for every action in GardenPilot. You buy a pack, and each action – whether a new project, a concept version or planning – costs a certain number of credits. That way you only pay for what you actually use, and the price is always shown before you start the action.
Which pack is right for me?
Starter suits a first garden concept. Standard gives you room for a complete project with extra variants and detailed planning. Premium is meant for several projects or particularly extensive planning and has the lowest price per credit. A typical project costs 10 credits.
Which payment methods are available?
Through our payment partner Stripe we accept all common methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do my credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the time they are credited.
Can I return credits?
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details – in particular when the right of withdrawal lapses for digital services that have already begun – can be found in our withdrawal policy.
