Consumer Withdrawal Notice – GardenPilot
Version: withdrawal-b2c-2026-09-v6
Effective: upon publication
Language version: English
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw, within fourteen days and without giving any reason, from a distance contract for the paid purchase of GardenPilot Credits. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, that right is based on the law applicable to your contract; for consumers in Switzerland, the voluntary contractual cancellation right described below applies in addition.
The 14-day period begins on the day on which the Credit-purchase contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform:
PUENJER, S.L.U.
Avinguda Mèxic 17
07007 Palma de Mallorca
Spain
Telephone: +34 684 774 631
Email: support@gardenpilot.de
by an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may use the electronic withdrawal function made continuously available by GardenPilot during the withdrawal period at gardenpilot.ai/en/widerruf, send an email, or use the model withdrawal form below.
If you use the electronic withdrawal function, GardenPilot immediately sends you an acknowledgement on a durable medium containing at least the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time at which it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we reimburse the payments received under the withdrawn contract to the extent attributable to unused Credits from that purchase, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which your withdrawal declaration is received.
We normally use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any additional reimbursement fee.
Redeeming Credits during the withdrawal period
GardenPilot Credits can be used to generate digital content such as garden concepts, visualisations or planning materials.
If, during the withdrawal period, you redeem Credits and request GardenPilot to begin supplying digital content not supplied on a tangible medium immediately, GardenPilot obtains the legally required express declarations before performance begins. Where required, you expressly:
- consent to GardenPilot beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires; and
- acknowledge that, once GardenPilot begins performance, you lose the right of withdrawal with respect to that digital content.
The legally required declaration is not pre-selected. For paid digital content, the right of withdrawal expires only once GardenPilot has begun performance, the required express consent and acknowledgement are in place, and GardenPilot has provided you with the legally required contract confirmation on a durable medium.
To the extent the right of withdrawal has validly been lost for digital content begun following your Credit redemption, no reimbursement is due under the withdrawal right for the corresponding consumed portion.
Voluntary contractual right of cancellation
For consumers in Switzerland, insofar as no equivalent statutory right of withdrawal applies to the specific contract, we voluntarily grant a contractual right of cancellation: you may reverse the purchase of unused Credits acquired for payment within fourteen days of conclusion of the contract, in the same way and with the same consequences as described above.
This voluntary right does not apply to Credits you have already redeemed and thereby triggered the creation of a digital result.
Statutory rights if a digital product is not in conformity
The expiry or exercise of the withdrawal right does not affect your statutory rights if GardenPilot fails to supply a digital product owed under the contract or if that digital product is not in conformity with the contract.
Statutory remedies, including bringing the digital product into conformity and, where applicable, price reduction, termination, reimbursement or damages, remain unaffected.
Electronic withdrawal function
During any applicable statutory withdrawal period and, for consumers in Switzerland, during the voluntarily granted 14-day period, GardenPilot provides a prominently placed and easily accessible electronic withdrawal function.
The function allows you to provide or confirm your name, information identifying the contract or part of the contract you wish to withdraw from, and an electronic means of communication for the acknowledgement. It then allows you to submit the withdrawal through a clearly labelled confirmation function.
