Is there a monthly base fee?
No. Registration and your first client project are free. For further projects you buy credits as you need them. There is no subscription and no commitment.
What exactly is free about the first client project?
The project start including three visualizations (3 credits) and the worked-out concept (5 credits) – together 8 credits you do not pay. Every further visualization costs 1 credit as usual. The entitlement applies once per partner account and is bound to that one project; if you delete the project, it cannot be reclaimed.
How many credits do I need for a client project?
A typical client project needs about 10 credits: 3 to start the project (incl. 3 visualizations), 2 for additional visualizations and 5 for the concept. With Entry (30 credits) you handle about 3 projects, With Growth (150 credits) you handle about 15 projects, With Scale (500 credits) you handle about 50 projects.
How do invoicing and VAT work?
All prices shown are net prices. The tax treatment depends on your company and billing details; the actual tax is shown during checkout before the purchase is completed. Invoices are then available in your partner account.
Do my credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the time they are credited.
Which payment methods are accepted?
